Giving back and supporting the communities and neighborhoods we call home is at the very core of what we do. Not only does it foster community connections, make us stronger, and promote business opportunity, but it also feeds our desire to "pay it forward".
Earlier this year, our team at Trophy Signature Homes had the opportunity to continue this work through our partnerships with Operation Finally Home and the North Texas Food Bank—two incredible organizations that constantly strive to better the lives of those around them.
Operation Finally Home
With over 350 home projects completed across the United States—Operation Finally Home is a national non–profit organization that works with companies in the home-building industry to provide custom-built, mortgage-free homes for America’s veterans and the families of the fallen. We’re grateful that we were able to be a part of this experience within our community as we worked with the teams at Operation Finally Home and MA Partners to build a new-construction home for an incredibly deserving Army veteran and his family.
It was an unbelievable holiday season this year as U.S. Army Specialist John Endsley, his wife and their five children were able to move into their brand-new home just in time for Christmas. Being able to be part of this journey was one our team will never forget, and seeing the joy on their faces as they were handed the keys to their new home was the perfect way to end out the year for our team at Trophy.
North Texas Food Bank
We first began working with the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) in 2020, and we were excited to have continuous support from our community once again in 2021. NTFB is a non-profit organization focused on fighting hunger throughout North Texas. Their team distributes donated and purchased food throughout 13 counties, and in this last fiscal year, they were able to provide 125 million meals to their partner agencies across the area.
In 2020, we wanted to do our part in helping this incredible organization—and with generous contributions from our community and within our company, we were able to raise $28,000 for NTFB—helping provide 84,000 meals to those in need. In 2021, we were able to raise enough money to additionally provide 23,650 meals, and we can’t wait to see what we are able to help accomplish in 2022.
What’s coming next in 2022
We are grateful for everything this past year has taught us—but our story is just getting started. When Trophy Signature Homes was first established in 2018, we had no idea just how much of a positive impact we could have on the communities we build in. As we continue to grow, we are constantly striving to partner with organizations that truly make a difference throughout our communities—and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Keep an eye on our social media pages and website for any additional ways you can help us reach our goals for giving back in 2022.
At Trophy Signature Homes, our team works every day to ensure that our customers' dream homes come to life. If you’re ready to find a home that meets your lifestyle needs, take a look at our communities and schedule a tour today.
