The NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) has designated residential construction as an “essential infrastructure business”, so we will continue the home buying and building process. However, out of the abundance of caution, we have taken the following steps beyond our usual high standards to provide the safest and cleanest environment we can:

If you're a prospective Homebuyer:

• We are offering Self-Guided Tours in each open community. Begin at the Model Home and enjoy a self-guided tour to see all the great floor plans we offer while maintaining your "social distance".
• Our guests are invited to schedule an appointment with our Community Sales Managers to visit our model homes.
• You will be greeted with a smile or friendly wave instead of a handshake.
• We will practice social distancing by maintaining a safe 6 – 10 ft distance from individuals.
• Model Homes and Quick Move-In Homes will be sanitized more frequently.
• Our online interactive tools offer a virtual home buying and building experience from the safety of your home and include a video and photo gallery, and the option to call, email or text our Community Sales Managers at any time.

If you're a current Homebuyer/Homeowner:

• We kindly ask that parties include no more than 4 people at all Homebuyer Meetings (including Orientation Walks, Final Walks, and Closings). With this limited number of guests, please do not include children.
• We are able to assist you through the home buying Closing Process by limiting or eliminating face-to-face interaction. Technology will allow us to facilitate document signing through a drive-thru platform, share videos or photos via text messaging, or email and communicate via phone, online, or mobile.
• Our Warranty Team will be conducting warranty work, as deemed an emergency. Emergencies include loss of heat in cold weather, loss of power that is exclusive to your whole home (not community-wide power outages), and complete sewer backups and a water leak that needs the water main to the home shut off.
• We will log any non-emergency Warranty Requests and schedule these at a later date, once provisions are lifted. Rest assured, you can continue to submit these requests online.
