Explore the outdoors in Benbrook

For the days when all you want is to be outside in the fresh summer breeze, there’s no better place to be than Benbrook. With a seemingly endless list of activities to partake in on the waters of Benbrook Lake—the area offers the ideal picnicking spot for a relaxing evening or a perfect weekend away, camping by the water. 

Both Pecan Valley Park and Dutch Branch Park offer walking trails that are perfect for taking a stroll through the trees on a cool summer night and great open grassy areas where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones.  

Benbrook Stables is another hot spot in the area for individuals of all ages. If you have young children who have always wanted their own horseback riding lessons, though, the venue has a multitude of camps this summer for them to learn how to ride and care for the horses.
