The Grove, Frisco Springs, Parkside Village and Light Farms are open now. Diamond Creek, Prairie Ridge and Lakepointe will follow in August with Uptown Crossing, Buffalo Ridge and Park Vista set to start this fall.

Here’s a sneak peek of a few upcoming communities that we’re excited to launch:  

The Grove is an ideal location for Texans looking to reconnect with nature. This community sits on 4 1/2 acres of breathtaking nature views with three-lined trails and open parks allowing for residents to get out and enjoy the outdoors without having to travel away from home. The Grove also includes the unique Orchard House where residents can host meetings, connect with new neighbors over coffee at the Swirl Cafe & Bakery or move a workout indoors at the full fitness center. Two pools and a splash pad make for a relaxing afternoon as well.  

This is an exciting new concept for the Trophy Signature Homes team as we rebrand and revitalize an existing active adult community in Allen. Uptown Crossing is built for the young at heart with fire tables and comfortable Adirondack chairs in expansive green space for vibrant year-round socializing. This community will also have updated fitness equipment to keep residents fit and flexible.
