Fixed rate promotion is only for homes priced up to $450,000.00 and require a 680-fico score with .5% in discount points. For FICO Scores between 600 – 679 additional discount points would be as follows: (660 – 679 additional .125% discount points) (640 – 659 additional .375% discount points) (620 – 639 additional .75% discount points) (600 – 619 additional 1.5% discount points).
