Interest rate offered applies only to Trophy Signature Homes financed through a preferred lender for a borrower’s principal residence. For example, on a 30-year fixed-rate FHA loan with a 3.5% down payment, a $350,000 sales price, $343,660 loan amount, a 5.99% | 6.79% APR interest rate, $9,253 in closing costs and 680 FICO score, would have 360 monthly principal, interest and mortgage insurance payments of $2,023. Does not include property taxes, hazard insurance, and HOA dues. Rate is subject to Agency Loan Level Pricing Adjustments for FICO score and Loan to Value. APR and terms available calculated as of 10/1/23 and are subject to change at any time. The 2-1 buydown option is not available for all loan programs or all loan amounts. Promotional rate available on Trophy Signature Homes with sales contracts ratified by 10/13/23, or later. Loan must close before 12/29/23. Locking the promotional interest rate is the borrower’s responsibility with the preferred lender.
