Our new homes in Saginaw, TX, have an ideal location at the border of city and country. Saginaw has slowly and steadily grown over the years, but it hasn’t lost its small town charm.
Saginaw is on the northwest edge of the metroplex, and if you don’t hit any trains you can get to the center of Fort Worth in 20 minutes. Many young professionals move to Saginaw to take advantage of the commute to Fort Worth and its large job market. Compared to living downtown, Saginaw is more affordable. It’s also the best place for small town, country living this close to the city.
Drive 20 minutes west, and you’ll hit some of the best spots on Eagle Mountain Lake, a large lake that neighbors the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge. There’s a lot to explore at the Lake, and a lot of different ways to do it. Spend a day on the water, or adventure around the shore on one of many great hikes through the hills.
The city has done a fine job of keeping up with the increasing demand for new amenities and services, including the public schools. The steady growth of Saginaw led to two new high schools being built in recent years. Many families treasure the experience of raising their kids in a small town and seeing the community support every kid.
