While the experience of working with a real estate agent can be highly rewarding for buyers, the third-party fees can potentially dissuade Realtors from participating in this transaction. Our Realtors Relocation Program is designed with our dedicated Realtors in mind. If you have buyers relocating, you can receive up to a 1% Relocation Reimbursement* to help offset the cost of these third-party fees—giving you peace of mind and buyers the guidance they need and deserve.

*Realtor/broker must accompany the buyer(s) on the first sales office visit and provide a copy of an executed agreement with a relocation company to be eligible to receive the relocation reimbursement fee. Relocation reimbursement fee is up to 1% of the 3% base commission and shall not exceed the relocation fees paid by the realtor/broker to the relocation company. The relocation fee shall not be paid on any other realtor/broker bonus programs. The realtor/broker assumes all liability and responsibility for compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations governing real estate brokers. Co-op and relocation fee bonus will be paid at time of closing. Additional conditions or restrictions may apply. Federal and state taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
