Trophy Signature Homes are built to simplify living.

We start with smart design, then identify products and materials to create a green home that is...

  • Air Tight
  • With Cleaner Air
  • A Home With Low Waste

And a home that is configured with home automation from the start. The benefits of home automation can be categorized as savings, safety, convenience, and control. Ultimately for you, this means simplified living, comfort, and peace of mind.

Our homes are pre-wired and compatible with apps and devices, offering you access to security and programmed routines that fit your lifestyle.

A smart thermostat allows you to control costs by scheduling your temperature settings at various times throughout the day - warmer during the day and cooler at night.

With our smart technology, you can also track your energy usage and adjust your thermostat remotely.

Households remain one of the major contributors to harmful greenhouse gases because they use appliances that consume a lot of energy.

Our energy efficient appliances help reduce these greenhouse emissions, along with helping to conserve water, save you money and reduce your carbon footprint.

Exhaust fans at the kitchen and bathrooms are energy star rated to remove pollutants and humidity, complementing the whole-house air filtration system.

LED lights use at least 75% less energy and last 25 times longer than incandescent lighting, reducing energy consumption and saving you money.

We use special type of eco-friendly, longer-lasting insulation, called spray foam insulation. This creates an air-tight seal in the walls that forms a barrier between the outside and inside of the home.

Allergens, pollen, smog, bacteria, pests and insects stay out while clean, filtered, temperature-controlled air remains inside.

This air-tight seal also acts as a noise barrier from outside disruption. Spray foam reduces the amount of noise that travels through exterior walls, so outside noise stays outside, and inside noise stays inside.

The type of open-cell spray foam we use bonds to the frame of the house and stays flexible after it's applied. Flexibility allows for more structural integrity as foundations shifts over time.

The eco-friendly material it's made from also serves to strengthen the structural integrity of the walls to help withstand the detrimental effects of rain, wind, humidity and the spread of fire.

Our windows act as an integral component of the air-tight seal in our homes. Two panes of glass with a thin layer of separation allows space for an insulating gas between them. Outside air stays outside and inside air stays inside.

The temperature in your home stays comfortable with no drafts or air leakage.

A Low E protective coating on the glass is razor-thin, colorless, and non-toxic, blocking infrared light from penetrating the glass and reducing destructive UV rays - all without blocking natural light.

With an air-tight home and spray foam insulation the temperature in the attic remains cool and comfortable. The air in the attic hovers around a pleasant 75 degrees any time of the year.

Moving air that is already at a comfortable temperature through a ventilation system makes the entire system immediately more energy efficient. Combine this feature with an inline fan that amounts to 1/10th less energy than conventional mechanical ventilation amounts to instant financial savings for you.

Indoor air is refreshed through a Central Fan Integrated System. Fresh air intake ducts and a motorized damper installed directly to the indoor AC unit draw in air that moves through our Fresh Air Machine. Filtered air then gets dispersed throughout the home.

While a traditional water tank heats continuously, tankless water heaters heat only as much water as needed, when it is needed. These units last longer, use less energy, offer endless hot water, and can reduce utility bills.

With declining freshwater sources, nationally mandated water utility upgrades, and higher energy costs, we have incorporated water-saving systems and low flow faucets that are specifically designed to limit water waste.

Our faucets expel around half the gallons per minute than a standard fixture, which reduces water waste by a thousand gallons of water per year.

To help play a role in conserving local water resources, low flow toilets are designed so they don't extract a large amount of water from the local pipes.

Low flow toilets only use 1.6 gallons per flush, which saves about 2 gallons of water per flush.

In-ground irrigation systems will result in less water waste, more cost savings and healthier plants. Scheduled watering also means grass and plants receive just the right amount of water at the appropriate time of the day and for an ideal duration.

We encourage you to install plants and ground materials that thrive in local temperatures, rainfall and weather patterns. By reducing the amount of resources needed to keep up with your landscaping, you get an outdoor area that is both beautiful and eco-friendly.
